<%@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT"%> Store Your Ready to be Sold Music at The Music Library

TML's ON-SITE STORAGE PROGRAM

The main advantage to this program is that you can send ALL the music you are selling to The Music Library (instead of just single copies).
This allows you to free up your own existing music storage space.

What You Do:

  1. You may send any type of choral music with the exception of hymnals and periodicals. Examples: octavos, collections, cantatas/musicals, and any items that go with the music, such as demo and accompaniment tapes and CDs, production manuals, and orchestrations. For printed music, please send a minimum of 10 copies of each title. Music must be in very good to excellent condition with no torn or missing covers. Do not send any illegal photocopies of music or any tapes or CDs that are not originals.
  2. Pull out a single copy of each printed music title, and indicate the total number of copies of that title being shipped on the front cover in light pencil or on a sticky- note. Bundle these single copies together with a rubber band or ship them together in a separate box from the rest of your music. (It isn't necessary to send a detailed list of the music. We can get the information we need from the music itself.)
  3. Send the music to the following address by "Media Mail" (usually least expensive). Use sturdy boxes for shipping.

What We Do:

  1. When we receive your music, we will enter it into our database and make it available for purchase by other organizations through our website.
  2. We price the music at approximately 50% off current retail prices. Minimum prices of $0.85 for octavos and $3.95 for books apply to out of print music. Prices of other items, such as tapes and CDs will vary.
  3. Your organization will receive 40% of the selling price, with checks usually sent to your organization twice each year.
  4. As a discount reseller, The Music Library may at its discretion eventually dispose of music items which do not sell, but will seek to keep music available for purchase as long as possible.
