What You Do
- Pull a single copy of each title you are sending to sell. Music must be in good to excellent condition.
- Indicate the total number of each title being sent - a "sticky note" on the front cover of each single copy will do.
- Also indicate any corresponding accompaniment CDs, Demo/Listening CDs, accompaniment tapes, orchestrations, etc., that you are sending. Orchestration parts should be sorted and in order.
- Keep the stack of single copies together (e.g., rubber band).
- Pack all music (and accompaniment CDs, tapes, etc.) into sturdy boxes no larger than paper- ream boxes. Usually you can get boxes FREE from your local copy shop.
- Be sure to stuff boxes with filler (e.g., newspaper), to fill any space left in the box
- Put shipping tape all the way around each box "at least twice in both directions"
- Send all music to the address below. The Post Office’s Media Mail is usually a cheap way:
- The Music Library
- 9200 Heritage Dr.
- Brentwood, TN 37027-8530615-377-3463
